SwingRush is a child-directed arcade game. This policy explains what is stored on your device, what Google Mobile Ads and the optional Google Play Games leaderboard may process, and the choices available to players and parents.
Information and local game data
SwingRush does not create a separate game account and does not ask players for a name, email address, password, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone access, or camera access.
Stored only on the device
High score, music volume, sound-effects volume, and the selected visual theme are saved locally so the game remembers player preferences. If a player chooses to use the leaderboard, the numeric high score is also sent to Google Play Games Services.
No chat or user-created content
The game has no chat, multiplayer messaging, public posts, custom player names, or user-generated content. The optional leaderboard uses the player's existing Google Play Games profile to compare scores.
Rewarded advertising
SwingRush uses Google AdMob to offer an optional rewarded ad after an eligible game over. A player chooses whether to watch it. If the ad is completed, the current run can continue. The game remains playable without watching an ad.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share an IP address (which can indicate approximate location), app interactions such as ad views, diagnostic information, and device or app identifiers such as an app-set identifier. Google states that this data may be used for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and compliance, and is encrypted in transit.
Google acts as an independent third-party service provider for this processing. Its practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy and the Google Mobile Ads data disclosure.
Optional Google Play Games leaderboard
Players may open the trophy button to sign in through Google Play Games and compare high scores. SwingRush remains fully playable without using the leaderboard. Google handles the sign-in screen; SwingRush never asks for, receives, or stores a Google password.
Google Play Games Services may process the player's gamer identity (such as gamertag and avatar), leaderboard score, service interactions, analytics and diagnostic information, and relevant app or device information. This data is handled by Google under its own terms and privacy practices and is encrypted in transit.
Players and parents can review Google's disclosures in the Google Play Games Services data collection page and manage or delete Play Games information through Google Account data and privacy controls.
Children's privacy
SwingRush is intended for children ages 6–12. We apply the same child-protective advertising configuration to every player and do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information to us, they may contact us. We will investigate and, where applicable, request deletion from the relevant service provider.
Choices, retention, and security
- Players may decline every rewarded-ad offer.
- Players may ignore the trophy button and play without the Google Play Games leaderboard.
- Local game data can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
- We do not maintain a separate SwingRush account or developer-operated player database. Optional leaderboard data is stored by Google Play Games Services.
- Data handled by Google is retained and protected according to Google's policies and legal obligations.
We may update this policy when the game, advertising configuration, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.
